Personal Fitness Trainer

PFT This course enables students to examine and identify the primary tasks and skills necessary for a personal trainer to perform job responsibilities at a minimum professional level. Topics covered will include exercise science, screening and evaluation, principles and methods of training, injury prevention and program design.

Your certification will be comprised of a lecture, practical and written exam.  You may attend the lecture portion of any AAAI/ISMA certification (no exam!) and receive 8 CECs to renew your existing certification. Any questions contact:

Group Exercise Instructor Certification

Group Exercise certification is designed to teach foundation knowledge and instructor skills to successfully prepare participants in the designing of challenging and effective exercise classes for a variety of individuals. Topics covered are anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, care and prevention of aerobic injures, aerobic class design, structure and workout combinations, body sculpting and resistance training with weights and tubing and leadership skills.
