22???
Last December, we talked about taking ownership of our lives and pursuing life with more caring, compassion, maturity, and beauty. I said, “May our new year be filled with joy and humor, and may we find a reason to smile each day.” I offered 22 suggestions to make this happen from a dear friend of mine who just sent out a reminder that there’s still time for 2022.
Our self-care today is a check-in with that list of 22 suggestions.

Choosing for 2022
1. Journal 22 thoughts. (choose weekly, monthly, year)
2. Learn 22 new skills.
3. Walk for 22 minutes. (choose weekly, monthly)
4. Acknowledge your smile 22 times.
5. Lift weights 22 minutes. (each routine)
6. Try 22 new recipes.
7. Drive on 22 different roads or routes.
8. Stretch for 22 minutes.
9. Read 22 books.
10. Spend 22 minutes in devotion. (choose daily, weekly, monthly)
11. Fast 22 times.
12. Set aside 22 days for someone else.
13. Memorize 22 inspirational messages.
14. Laugh 22 times.
15. Make 22 donations.
16. Listen to 22 new artist, songs or music videos.
17. Sit in silence for 1 minute 22 times.
18. Recycle or reuse 22 objects.
19. Volunteer 22 times
20. Take 22 mini day vacations.
21. Send 22 Thank you cards.
22. Say I love you at least 22 times.
