Letting Go
Autumn is upon us!
So far this September we’ve experienced the smells and temperatures of autumn. The colors are beginning to change where I am in Northwestern PA.
Our challenge in our self-care is to let go. Is that not what autumn is about? It teaches us how change can be beautiful.
How we know when it’s time to let go, to move on, to move forward.
Take a moment to think about what you need to let go of. Then plan one action step so that you can move forward in your autumn.
You see, your soul knows when it’s time to close the chapter.
Today, when you identify what you need to let go, take a breath in and let it go with your exhale.
